KOFIZA has as its target group women from non-European countries who are in the Nuremberg area through marriage, for the purpose of marriage or through job recruitment. The aims of the work are: Life counselling on various questions and problems, promotion of the self-determined integration of women and empowerment of women, i.e. promotion of the skills for active participation in society.

Nachbarschaftshaus Gostenhof
International understanding and integration are written in capital letters in the Nachbarschaftshaus Gostenhof. There are many different language courses as well as courses on cooking, integration, computers and health. Many groups and associations offer advice on various topics, in different languages. There are also numerous informal meetings, which serve as a platform for the exchange of members and interested people of different nationalities and cultures. Among them are also offers especially for women. The Neighbourhood House is committed to women's political issues from all over the world and participates in various networks. The "Gostenhofer FrauenTreff" in the neighbourhood house organises events on women-specific topics and also meets to exchange information and get to know each other.
