The issue of IQ konkret 03/2017 deals with the topic of women - migration - flight - labour market integration.
Special challenges faced by migrant women, their causes and effects should be made clear, as well as the potential they bring with them and would like to bring into the new society. Women with a migration background are not a homogeneous group - this diversity is to be highlighted.

The association's project "Migrantinnen in Bayern - Kompetent auf dem Arbeitsmarkt" (Migrant Women in Bavaria - Competent on the Labour Market) will be presented. You can read
